Synopsis
Following the election of a new president of the United States, All-Washington is awaiting the appointment of one of its supporters, MP Frank Underwood, to a major post. But the president does not honor his promise. Wounded by this low blow that he did not see coming, Franck has only one goal: revenge. In the company of his wife Claire who wants to see him reach the top of the state to facilitate the expansion of his charity, Underwood activates his networks and urgently develops an all-terrain reconquest strategy.
